Taylor Peak Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Taylor Peak Sauvignon Blanc is composed of two clones from the Loire and Cher Valleys in France. These clones are adapted to grow in colder weather conditions, similar to that of Taylor Peak in Bennett Valley, where we have cold breezes blow through from the Petaluma Gap. Floral notes of lemon blossom and pear flowers greet the nose first, followed by aromas of white nectarine and Anjou pears. There's a hint of tangerine in the mid palate, with medium body and layered acidity. The wine finishes with a hint of lemon merengue and confectioner's sugar.
